Wildflower

Kristina was in front of the camera today!  We headed to a wildflower field and literally waded in bee balm and with it thousands of fuzzy bumblebees!  Isn’t she beautiful!

Time Together

A beautiful place tucked away... a gathering place to share with extended family...a place to reunite... to play...to share in a meal... to take time to rest...a place to leave having spent time with special people. Family...a blessing.

This cousin is a power house! She is a walker/runner. I walked/run my legs into the ground with her this morning! I'm admiring all her hard work and effort to all the changes she has made in her life. It was fun chatting and just being with her!

Carla at Mille Lacs lake. Uffda...I sure needed that extra breeze off the lake after our long walk.

As soon as I get back I'm off on a bike ride with my M.I.L.
Zipping up and around the lake side checking out lake homes and loving the ride! I have got to get myself a new bike!! I raced a 5 year old on the way home. He conquered with a great swerve and duck. I almost biked into the marina! I thumbed my little bell on my bike and hollered I'm right behind you!! He knew I was dust!

Bergloff Family Picnic

We had a nice get together on Saturday with the Bergloff Family. It was our Christmas in July! No gifts, just time together with each other and of course our smorgasbord of great food. I am only sharing these photos on line but I took a few good ones to pass onto to family members if they email me!

He’s a champ!

I recently acquired photos from Grant’s 2010 4H National Shooting Sports trip to Kerrville, Texas. 

A friend recently asked why I hadn’t blogged the birthday boy.  [I’m a loser] My other excuse was he declined an offer I made.  He was spending his birthday evening with his girlfriend.  So, I confess!!  I let it all go by like it was any other day.  I have no photos to share of his 19th birthday.  I should have whooped it up online.  I didn’t.  I should have made him come home.  I couldn’t.  I should have done it another day.  I still can. 
He’s a wonderful son and he’ll always know it because we can’t say it enough!
