After dinner and a swim in the bathing lake [salty back water] we took a 6k hike at a fast clip! There were exercise equipment built right along the roadway and we would stop to perform on the elliptical or pull up bars or out house stop!! It's winding and hilly and forest on the right and sea on the left!! Absolutely gorgeous! This town is Nynashamn, it means new harbor. Saturday, July 14, 2012
